2 — Bootloader mode

No firmware installed
Hold BOOT → plug USB → release. The drive RPI-RP2 appears.
B
QMK installed — Bootmagic
Hold top-left key → plug USB → release. The drive RPI-RP2 appears.
C
QMK installed — via software
Connect the macropad and use the Jump to bootloader button on the Device screen. No need to unplug.
3 — Write
A directory picker will open. Select the RPI-RP2 drive. The app writes the .uf2 and the RP2040 restarts automatically.
